Joining the blogging world feels like a leap of faith, for many reasons. The thought of writing a blog is intimidating for someone who is private, and typically chooses the quiet solitude and beauty of nature over large gatherings of people.
There is also the technological side of blogging, which has been a learning experience, but since I am a geek at heart, this has been an opportunity. The other issue that pushes my comfort zone is sharing photographs that I often view with a very critical eye. Then there is the investment of time, of which there is never quite enough to do all things that I would like.
However, I am approaching this blog with a “good enough philosophy” by sharing images and writing about what I love, and in the process, keeping my focus on the joy and memories captured in the moment. It is never too late to do what inspires your creativity and feeds your soul. And so begins my journey of blogging….
